Stephanie Rendon, B.S., SLPA
I graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas in the Fall of 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology. During my coursework at UTD, I worked as a teaching assistant and shadow at KidSpeak. In the beginning of my career as a Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant I gained experience working with children and teenagers within their homes and school environments, in addition to furthering my career at KidSpeak. Working with Amanda and Laura helped me gain valuable knowledge and experience that I have yet to gain in any other therapy environment.
As part of the KidSpeak Team, I have had the opportunity to provide therapy and support to families in a variety of ways, including individual therapy, group therapy, home consultations, and school shadowing therapy. I strive to provide support tailored to the needs of each individual child and their family. I feel working closely withfamilies/caregivers, teachers, siblings and other professionals is crucial for providing support that will help them throughout their life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and our two dogs.
(Stephanie worked with KidSpeak, LLC as a Teaching Assistant and as a Shadow from the Spring of 2010 – Summer of 2012. She joined the KidSpeak, LLC Team as an SLPA in the Fall of 2012.)
HannahTaylor, B.S., SLPA
I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Child Life Development in the Fall of 2016. I have always loved being around children and have been lucky enough to find my passion working with them as an SLPA at KidSpeak, LLC. My previous experience working as a nanny for children on the Autism Spectrum has given me a unique insight to the different challenges that families face at home and I feel the ability to help them even more. One of my favorite parts of being an SLPA is working with families to better understand their children and come up with systems and routines that will help them in their everyday lives. I also have experience working in different group therapies focusing on increasing social communication, play, social pragmatic language, executive functioning, theory of mind skills and more for a variety of diagnoses: language delays, language disorders, ADHD, social communication disorder, social pragmatic difficulties, Autism and more. In the school setting, I enjoy collaborating with my student’s teachers in order to help the student succeed in the academic setting both socially and academically. I have worked with children from ages 2 years through teens – and LOVE them all!
I believe that building and sustaining relationships with others is a big part of life and that all children should be given the tools to do this. I love working on goals for children to be able to apply their social skills outside of the session to build new friendships in their daily life.

Noor Elnomrosy, B.S., SLPA
In the spring of 2017, I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, and Child Learning and Development. I began volunteering at KidSpeak and I absolutely loved the environment and the impact we have on children’s lives. I’ve been a shadow for the 2018-2019 school year at a school which has helped me gain so much more understanding of classroom environment. In the future I hope to continue my education and get a Master's degree in Speech Pathology. I am excited to continue my journey with the KidSpeak team and keep gaining knowledge as I go!
(Noor volunteered with KidSpeak, LLC in the Fall of 2017. She joined the KidSpeak, LLC Team as an SLPA in the Summer of 2018.)
I first started as a volunteer at KidSpeak in the summer of 2018, and continued working as an intern for the following two semesters. I will graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology in the spring of 2020. I am excited to join the KidSpeak family this summer as a Teaching Assistant. My time at KidSpeak has been filled with countless smiles and opportunities; I learn something new from the kiddos and therapists every day. One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is appreciating each individual’s unique strengths and weaknesses, and tailoring therapy routines to help them communicate more effectively and confidently. Everyone deserves to be heard and understood. Watching these children work hard to build lasting, loving relationships with others in and out of therapy is inspiring. I am thrilled to continue growing and learning during my time at KidSpeak!
