Payments Accepted

KidSpeak, LLC does accept cash, check, HSA cards, and all major credit cards. All families must keep a working debit/credit on file with KidSpeak, LLC.

Invoices

Evaluations/Re-evaluations: Families receive an invoice/Superbill and payment is due the day of the evaluation.

Individual Therapy: Families receive an invoice at the end of the month where payment is due when received. After payment is made in full the family can request a Superbill. The Superbill will have all the codes needed so the family may apply for reimbursement from their insurance company.

Group Therapy: Families have 3 options of payment: all up front, spread out between 2-3 months and weekly (if you choose weekly then you must pay via check). Families receive a tuition invoice where payment is due when received (the beginning of the month). At the end of the semester, when the amount is 100% paid and all group days have passed then the family will receive a Superbill. The Superbill will have all the codes needed so the family may apply for reimbursement from their insurance company.

All Other Services: Families receive an invoice at the end of the month where payment is due when received. After payment is made in full the family can request a Superbill (if the service has codes - please note that not all of our services are reimbursable). The Superbill will have all the codes needed so the family may apply for reimbursement from their insurance company.

Insurance

KidSpeak, LLC does not accept any forms of insurance. We are considered an Out of Network Provider (OON Provider).

Families are able to apply for reimbursement with their insurance companies. We do help families as much as we can with the reimbursement process. At the end of each month families are provided with a detailed Superbill.

In addition, at the beginning of every semester Amanda will email you a detailed Insurance Reimbursement Packet that is full of tips/suggestions on how help with this process including: how to read your invoices, what codes to use, different therapist's codes, what reports to give, what you need from other doctors, research and information from us and much more.  **Literally everything you will need for this process will be in this email**

We also strongly suggest that you create an "Insurance Binder" for each year and services (i.e.: Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, etc) that has copies of invoices, reports and more.

Please see the tab “Parent Resources” and scroll to the bottom to find Grant/Scholarships options. We have had many families utilize these in the past.

If you have questions please contact Amanda at amanda@kidspeakdallas.com.
